Edina UK Ltd is a leading power generation specialist and EPC solutions provider for the engineering, installation and maintenance of gas-fired distributed power plants, standby mission critical generation, and battery energy storage system.
THE BRIEFING
The Ford Mainwaring team recently worked with Edina UK Ltd, to support the installation of a 10MW integrated battery energy storage system (BESS) solution for Forepower. Our aspects of this specialist project included HV, LV, ELV, DC and fibre optic cabling, terminations, and testing. We also managed earthing and bonding, external lighting and fire alarm systems.
Edina’s modular battery energy storage systems combine the latest global tier 1 battery and inverter technology, to engineer a comprehensive solution that is scalable and delivers guaranteed performance.
The scheme will provide balancing services to the electricity grid to ensure power security, system flexibility and accelerate renewable energy integration.
